US jobs at companies that actually sponsor H-1B visas
380 employers with open US roles on Xcout Jobs filed at least 10 H-1B visa applications in FY2025 or so far this fiscal year. Between them they have 66,724 open US roles. Every role is listed directly from the employer's own careers site.
What the numbers are
H-1B applications are Labor Condition Applications an employer files with the US Department of Labor before it can petition for an H-1B worker. They count intent to hire on the visa, not visas granted. The table ranks by the last complete US fiscal year (October to September) and shows the year in progress beside it: “FY2026 to Q3” is October 2025 to June 2026, nine months, so it is not a decline. Typical offered wage is the average of each filing entity's median wage, weighted by its certified applications. Green-card applications are PERM labor certifications. Filings are matched to employers by name and tax id; a company that files under several entities can be undercounted, and a name shared by two companies can be matched to the wrong one.
Who files the most, what they pay and how it changes each quarter is in Xcout Intel's US visa sponsors report, open to read without an account.
